Job Description
Teacher Aide - 10 hrs pw, part time, Christchurch classroom
We currently seek a teacher aide/kaiāwhina to work alongside the teachers/kaiako at our Christchurch classroom.
We seek a calm and confident person, with sound literacy and numeracy skills. We would prefer a person with classroom experience. The person needs to show initiative and have the ability work independently with a small group of students.
The position is for 10 hours over three days (Monday 8.30am - 12pm, Wed and Fri 9.00am - 12.15pm). The position will commence as soon as possible, by negotiation.

Principal's Message
We have a team of experienced teachers throughout the South Island who can support your child to continue their learning even while they are unwell.
We can teach in your home, in a hospital or in one of our learning centres. We develop an Individual Learning Plan to meet health needs and to ensure that your child's learning is seamless. When your child is well enough, we support their return to their regular school.
We look forward to working with your child and hope that you make the most of the service we offer.
