Welcome to all students and their families, both those returning and those new to the school in 2024.
What an amazing summer we have had, I hope you have had a chance to enjoy it and refresh yourself for the new school year.
We began the year with whole school professional development, in Christchurch, for all teachers. This is always a great opportunity for our teachers from around the South Island to come together, connect with one another, share ideas and take on new learning. We had a particular focus on working together to support our students in an environment that is constantly changing.
We are looking forward to working with you to help our students be engaged, connected and resilient as they learn.
We welcome new teachers Julia Barnes in Blenheim and Lianne Moore in Dunedin and two teacher aides in Christchurch: Liam Brown and Nicola Pearcey at Hillmorton and Odyssey campuses respectively.
